Ultimate Caterers has emerged as New Jersey’s premier caterer both in off-premises arena as well as in our exclusively recommended locations: James Ward Mansion, Newark Museum,Jewish Center in Princeton,Beth Chaim, Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, and many more. And in recent years we have been helping brides, individuals and companies who are looking for very unique event locations such as museums, yachts mansions and hidden treasure spots in NJ, NY and PA.

The Ultimate Caterers History:
- Established in 1986
- 1989-1993 Opened Ultimate Gourmet Shoppe, Inc.
- 1994-1999 Leased and Operated the Ramada East Windsor food Service Department, including the National Conference
- 1998-2003 Owned and Operated Greystone Manor with 42,000 square feet of space, 150 seat restaurant, and 8 meeting rooms
- 1986-Present Owned and Operated Ultimate Caterer, Inc.
Center with 12 meeting rooms and an auditorium, Tiffanys Restaurant, and Windsor Ballroom that has 25,000 square feet of space.
